Took part in the acquisition of debt capital, private equity and capital in capital markets. Advises on joint venture projects.
Coordinates legal advice for capital groups, private companies and companies with the State Treasury as a shareholder, enterprises with Polish and foreign capital, as well as public companies in various sectors connected mainly with electrical machinery, mining, transport, IT and new technologies industries.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Grant holder of the Socrates/Erasums Programme in the University of Leipzig (Leipziger Universität). Graduate of a post-graduate course on Capital Market Law at the Faculty of Law, Warsaw University. Speaks English and German.
