He has been associated with the SZiP Law Firm since 2012, including as a Partner since 2023.

He provides strategic legal advice to management boards and owners of companies and capital groups, and handles compensation and insurance matters. He coordinates the work of multi-person expert teams advising large enterprises and capital groups on current business activities and investment implementation. As part of legal services, mainly:

• participates in reorganization processes, in particular in the restructuring of credit and bond debts and debts towards public institutions
• supports companies in obtaining financing (equity and debt), including in the form of bank loans, bond issuance programs and other securities
• advises on concluding insurance contracts, mainly for managers (D&O), for the purposes of investment implementation or as part of the current operations of enterprises
• represents clients in complex compensation and insurance disputes, both at the negotiation stage and during arbitration and court proceedings.

Previously, he gained experience in one of the largest insurance companies in Poland and in a Public Relations agency.
