The areas of our consultancy are public administration bodies, local government units, cultural institutions as well as research institutes and municipal companies.
We provide comprehensive legal services to units of the public finance sector, like municipalities, countries and local governments of voivodeships, including comprehensive legal services for local government units in the office and legal advice during sessions of the municipal council.
We also provide comprehensive legal services to entities other than public finance sector units, like: research institutes, in particular with regard to the explanation and interpretation of regulations, as well as comments on their normative internal acts, as well as municipal companies, including ongoing services and in particular real property management and representation in many litigations connected with the management of housing resources, where a large team of attorneys and legal counsels is necessary.
In the public sector, we:
- provide support in labour law and the operation of local government units and other units of the public finance sector;
- provide tax, financial and accounting advice;
- represent entities before courts and public administration authorities;
- cooperate with municipal units in terms of their ongoing and tax operation and represent those units in many litigations connected with the management of municipal housing resources where a team made of many lawyers and legal counsels is necessary;
- provide legal aid to municipal legal entities, including municipal real property administrators;
- advise institutions of culture, including the negotiation of contracts and representation before courts and public administration authorities.
