We implement a scheme reporting policy and provide ongoing support, helping, among others: in identifying transactions as tax schemes and the obligation to report them.
Our projects include:
- risk assessment whether a given transaction/economic event may be subject to the provisions on reporting tax schemes
- carrying out the entire MDR application process, preparing MDR-1, MDR-2, MDR-3, MDR-4 forms
- ongoing support, including in the event of a delay, in reporting the scheme, assistance in preparing an active complaint
- onducting an audit to check whether the taxpayer has not „lost” the tax scheme
