Specialist in procedural law, with particular emphasis on disputes between entrepreneurs and economic crimes

Connected with the Ślązak, Zapiór and Partners Law Firm for over 10 years, since 2015 as a member and then as a partner.

Manages the procedural law team, takes part in many penal cases (as a defence counsel and attorney of victims) and in economic proceedings. He represents business entities, including in particular leaders of the mining and heavy industry, the sector of services and new technologies, in mediations before common courts and the National Appeal Chamber.

Acts as a defence counsel for management staff of local government units and many commercial companies, including entities with the State Treasury as a shareholder (including, without limitation, entities operating in the heavy industry, mining, food, new technologies or medical sectors), in penal proceedings related, for example, to the acceptance of financial benefits, tax irregularities or actions taken to the detriment of the company.

Acts on behalf of representatives of local government units and leading commercial companies as aggravated parties in many penal proceedings, as well.

Education

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. Post-graduate course at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (Economic and Fiscal Penal Law) and the Łazarski School in Warsaw (European Law in Practice).
