He has many years of experience in coordinating permanent and comprehensive legal services, including for enterprises forming capital groups with annual revenues amounting to billions of zlotys. An expert in the field of public procurement law, maintaining practical contact with this branch of law since 2005. He has represented clients many times in proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeal. He advises both ordering parties and contractors on complex legal aspects inherent in the functioning of the public procurement law system.
He shares his knowledge of running businesses with students of postgraduate studies at the University of Economics in Katowice. He also cooperates in the teaching field with leading private universities in Poland: WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza and WSB Merito University in Chorzów and Katowice.
Education
He completed law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2003 and postgraduate management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in 2019. He has been practicing as a legal advisor since 2010. He is fluent in English, including legal terminology. He also speaks German and Spanish.
